Barberstown Castle

Talk about making an entrance! In 2003, the craftsmen at McNally Joinery created two fabulous front entrance screens with curved glass at Barberstown Castle. Flanked by two roaring lions, the main entrance really sets the scene into a beautiful Castle Hotel. In order to maintain the existing style for an extension to the Castle in 2017, McNally Joinery were engaged to manufacture and install the joinery for a stunningly chic new pavilion to the Castle.

Adding to the venue’s ambience, this extension included huge screens with an Octagonal rooflight. We captured this unique project as it travelled through the factory from raw timber to structural screens, uncoated to painted, and manufacture to installation. This piece matches seamlessly with the joinery which was manufactured and installed by McNally Joinery over 15 years ago, carrying through the same quality and attention to detail.

The final project looks spectacular and will host many a fine wedding over the summers and winters to come.
