McNally Joinery had the pleasure of manufacturing and installing a house of joinery for a beautiful new build in Blackrock, Dublin. Everything about this house conveys high end, high specification with a real quality finish for all elements including the joinery. Our team crafted front doors and screen, main entrance staircase, oversized treads for hall area, attic staircase and handrail surround, internal attic window, internal double french doors and fanlight, internal doors and screens, door frames, sliding wardrobe and bathroom pocket doors, architraves, skirting, external double doors for the ‘outhouse’ and side gates. Light colours and clean lines make for a simple, yet elegant house of joinery, which was also featured in the Irish Times.

High End Staircase

Our approach to this project was meticulous, ensuring that every element of joinery was perfectly aligned with the client’s vision and the architectural integrity of the home. The front doors and screen were designed to make a striking first impression, combining robust construction with sophisticated detailing. The main entrance staircase, a centrepiece of the home, was crafted with oversized treads, providing a grand and welcoming ascent to the upper floors.

New Build for Functionality and Aesthetics

The attic staircase and handrail surround were designed with both functionality and aesthetic appeal in mind, seamlessly blending into the home’s overall design while offering safe and comfortable access to the upper levels. The internal double French doors, complemented by a fanlight, add a touch of classic elegance and allow natural light to flow between rooms, enhancing the sense of openness and connectivity.

Additionally, the sliding wardrobe and bathroom pocket doors offer space-saving solutions that do not compromise on style. These features, along with carefully selected architraves and skirting, contribute to the home’s clean, modern lines and refined appearance.

Externally, the double doors for the outhouse and side gates were crafted to provide durability and security while maintaining the high-end aesthetic. The choice of materials and finishes was carefully considered to ensure longevity and harmony with the surrounding environment.
